R35：ほぼ関西Pro-Amのmotion

こんちは、今回は関西Pro-Amで出したmotionを載っけておきます

本当は解説とか軽く載せようかと思ったんですがそれは次回の自分に回したいと思います・・・

ちなみにmotion考えたぼくと某鳥類さんが当日参加できなかったこともありinfo slide多めで解説つけてる感じです

Community sentencing combines punishment with activities carried out in the community other than prison.
Requirements under community sentencing can include but not limited to following conditions;
・unpaid work for fixed amount of time (e.g. cleaning town for 200 hours within term of sentence)
・undertaking a particular programme to help change offenders' behaviour (e.g. alcohol /drug treatments, back to work programmes)
・regular report and communication to appointed person (e.g. social worker / state authority)
・spatial requirements (e.g. prohibiting access to certain place at certain time)
Community sentencing may or may not coincide with continuation of offenders' original residence / occupation.
